MM uses surgical stainless steel. It is not only very light but also extremely strong! Best thing of all, it is hypoallergenic! This is the same material that is used for medical tools; it is resistant to metal allergies, deformation, and rust. Gold-colored jewelry is plated with 18-karat gold. Please handle the jewelry with care as the plating may peel off if the jewelry is subject to a strong impact or if it is rubbed against an another object.
All items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of shipment (Only one exchange is allowed). If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. If there are signs that the product has been used
2. If the product is scratched or damaged for reasons other than initial defect
3. If it has been more than 7 days since the product was shipped. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost unless you returned the jewelry due to an error on our part.
We ship through FedEx within 3 to 4 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and New Year). Shipping is free for all items. Jewelry will be delivered in a MELE MELE original suede pouch and box. Tax and CO2 neutral shipping included.
